Are Students Allowed to Have Tattoos?
As stipulated in Article 61 of the Higher Education Law 2012:
Article 61. Prohibited Acts for Learners
Insulting the dignity and honor, infringing upon the physical integrity of lecturers, education management staff, employees, other learners of higher education institutions, and others.
Cheating in study, tests, examinations, and admissions.
Participating in social evils, causing disorder in higher education institutions or public places, and other acts that violate the law.
Organizing or participating in activities that violate the law.
=> Thus, according to the above regulation, the law does not prohibit students from getting tattoos. However, whether getting a tattoo is allowed or not depends on the institution the student attends and whether the institution has regulations on this matter. For students attending police or military academies, it is certainly not allowed.
Respectfully.
