Any violations of the examination regulations will be recorded in written reports, subjected to disciplinary action, and notified to the candidates.

b) Candidates who receive a warning during any examination will have 50% of the total score for that specific exam deducted.

c) Exams marked as being discovered during the grading process will have 50% of the overall score deducted.

d) Awarding a score of 0 (zero): If the exam is copied from unauthorized materials into the examination room; if there are two or more submissions for a single exam; if the exam contains writings from two or more individuals; if parts of the exam are written on rough paper or paper that does not meet the regulations.

dd) Candidates who are suspended from an exam will receive a score of 0 (zero) for that specific exam and will not be allowed to continue with the subsequent exams.

2. Category 2: An additional 0.25 points are awarded to candidates who fall into one of the following categories:

a) War invalids, diseased soldiers, individuals who are entitled to policies for war invalids with a disability rate of less than 81% (for vocational education and training);

b) Children of war invalids, diseased soldiers, individuals who are entitled to policies for war invalids with a disability rate of less than 81%; heroes of the people's armed forces, labor heroes; children of Vietnamese heroic mothers; children of heroes of the people's armed forces, labor heroes;

c) Ethnic minority individuals;
