Application Dossier for College Admission Review under Nomination Policies
According to Clause 4, Article 8 of Decree 141/2020/ND-CP (Effective from January 23, 2021) stipulating the application dossier for selection consideration under designated enlistment policies, the dossier includes:
- Application for selection consideration under designated enlistment policies (Form No. 02 as specified in the Appendix attached to this Decree);
- A copy enclosed with the original for comparison or a certified copy of the birth certificate;
- Curriculum vitae (Form No. 03 as specified in the Appendix attached to this Decree);
- Certificate of martyr's child, wounded soldier's child, or sick soldier's child; persons entitled to policies as wounded soldiers (if any);
- Two portrait photos (size 4x6 cm) taken within 6 months from the date of application submission;
- One envelope with a stamp and the detailed contact address of the applicant under the designated enlistment policies.
