Accountability of Preschool Educational Institutions in the Management of Educational Activities
Article 12 of Decree 24/2021/ND-CP stipulates the accountability responsibilities of educational institutions as follows:
Educational institutions are responsible to society, students, management bodies, teachers, staff, and employees within the educational institution according to legal regulations regarding the following contents:
Educational quality objectives, enrollment plans, school's educational plans, conditions ensuring educational quality, results of assessment, and accreditation of the educational institution's quality.
Enrollment activities, educational activities, financial management, assets, organizational machinery, and human resources of the educational institution; ensuring the participation of students' families, organizations, and individuals in educational activities.
Management and utilization of private investment resources to organize educational activities and facilitate students' participation in social and community service activities.
Accountability for other contents as stipulated by the law on the accountability of state agencies in the execution of assigned tasks and authority.
