Where to Pay Electricity Bills?
Based on Clause 1, Article 23 of the Law on Electricity 2004, the regulations on electricity payment are as follows:
The electricity purchaser must fully and promptly pay the electricity bill amount specified in the invoice to the electricity seller according to the electricity price schedule approved by the competent state authority. Payment for electricity can be made at the headquarters or residence of the electricity purchaser or at a convenient location agreed upon by both parties in the electricity purchase contract.
Moreover, Clause 5, Article 20 of Decree 137/2013/ND-CP stipulates: Encouraging the payment of electricity bills through the banking system at the electricity seller's payment collection points.
According to the aforementioned regulations, electricity payments can be made at the headquarters, residence of the electricity purchaser, or at a location agreed upon by both parties for the most convenient payment process, or through the banking system and at the electricity seller's payment collection points.
Respectfully!
