When is a Household Business Allowed to Operate?
In Clause 3, Article 82 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP, it is stipulated:
The information on the Certificate of Household Business Registration shall have legal validity from the date of issuance of the Certificate of Household Business Registration, and the household business has the right to operate its business from the date of issuance of the Certificate of Household Business Registration, except for cases involving conditional business investment sectors. In the event that a household business registers the start date of business operation after the date of issuance of the Certificate of Household Business Registration, the household business is entitled to operate from the registered date, except for cases involving conditional business investment sectors.
=> Therefore, according to the above regulation, a household business is entitled to operate from the date the competent authority issues the Certificate of Household Business Registration. This regulation does not apply to conditional business investment sectors.
