When can enterprises continue to register changes to business registration information?
Based on the provisions of Clause 2, Article 65 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP:
Enterprises are allowed to continue to register or notify changes in enterprise registration information in the following cases:
- Measures have been taken to rectify the violations as requested in the Notice of enterprise violations subject to the revocation of the Enterprise Registration Certificate and have been accepted by the Business Registration Office;
- Must register changes in certain enterprise registration information to serve the dissolution process and complete the dissolution dossier as prescribed. In this case, the registration dossier must be accompanied by the enterprise's explanatory document stating the reason for the registration change;
- There is a written consent from the organizations or individuals that sent the request as specified in point c, clause 1 of this Article, allowing the continuation of registration changes in enterprise registration information;
- The enterprise has changed its legal status from "No longer conducting business at the registered address" to "Operating."
Thus, according to this regulation, when falling into one of the above cases, the enterprise is allowed to continue the procedure to register changes in its enterprise registration information.
