Based on the provisions of Clause 2, Article 3 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP:
The national information system on enterprise registration stipulated in Clause 19, Article 4 of the Law on Enterprises is a specialized business information system on enterprise registration managed by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, in cooperation with relevant agencies, for the purpose of construction and operation. This system is used for sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or performing other business operations with data to serve the work of enterprise registration.
