What Documents Are Required to Establish a Representative Office?

To establish a representative office, what documents and materials need to be prepared? Please provide advice according to the latest regulations.

Based on the provisions of Clause 1, Article 31 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP, enterprises shall submit the application dossier for the registration of representative office activities at the Business Registration Office where the representative office is located, including:

- The notice of establishment of the representative office signed by the legal representative of the enterprise;

- A copy of the resolution, decision, and a copy of the meeting minutes of the Members' Council for limited liability companies with two or more members, partnerships, or of the Board of Directors for joint-stock companies; a copy of the resolution, decision of the company owner for a single-member limited liability company on the establishment of the representative office;

- A copy of the legal documents of the individual in charge of the representative office.

Thus, the application dossier for the registration of representative office activities includes the required documents as specified above.
