2. The competent authority that grants permission for the educational organization of the foreign language and computer training center has the right to decide on the suspension of its educational activities.

3. The implementation process:

a) When the language and computer center violates the provisions stated in Clause 1 of this Article, the competent authority specified in Clause 1 of Article 49 of this Decree establishes an inspection team, organizes an inspection, prepares an inspection report to assess the actual situation of the foreign language and computer training center, and proposes solutions for handling.

b) Based on the inspection results, the competent authority that grants permission for the educational organization decides to suspend the educational activities of the foreign language and computer training center. The decision to suspend the educational activities must clearly state the reasons for the suspension, specify the duration of the suspension, and determine measures to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of learners. The decision to suspend the educational activities of the foreign language and computer training center must be publicly announced in the mass media.
