The Working Term of the General Director in a Company Shall Not Exceed 05 Years?
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 162 of the 2020 Enterprise Law stipulating the General Director of the company as follows:
The Director or General Director is the person who manages the day-to-day business operations of the company; is subject to the supervision of the Board of Directors; and is responsible to the Board of Directors and before the law for the execution of the assigned rights and duties.
The term of office of the Director or General Director shall not exceed 05 years and may be reappointed for an unlimited number of terms.
Thus, although in a joint-stock company, the term of the General Director shall not exceed 05 years, he/she may be reappointed for an unlimited number of terms depending on the specific company's operating regulations.
Respectfully!
