- The household business is entitled to carry on business lines which are not prohibited under regulations of laws;

- Prohibited lines of business are specified in Article 6 of the Law on investment and Clause 1 Article 1 of the Law on amendments to Article 6 and Appendix 4 on the list of conditional business lines of the Law on investment;

- Regarding conditional business lines, the household business is required to satisfy all business conditions as regulated. The list of conditional business lines is provided in the Appendix 4 enclosed with the Law on amendments to Article 6 and Appendix 4 on the list of conditional business lines of the Law on investment.
