Duties of the Ministry of Science and Technology in organizing and implementing reforms to improve the efficiency of state-owned enterprises (SOEs)
Section 5, Part IV of Resolution 68/ND-CP in 2022 stipulates the duties of the Ministry of Science and Technology in organizing and implementing reforms to improve the efficiency of SOEs as follows:

Research and present to the Government of Vietnam a decree amending and supplementing Decree No. 95/2014/ND-CP dated October 17, 2014, regarding investment and financial mechanisms for scientific and technological activities in the second quarter of 2022 to implement the regulations at point a, clause 1, Section III of this Resolution.
Duties of the Government Inspectorate in organizing and implementing reforms to improve the efficiency of SOEs
Section 6, Part IV of Resolution 68/ND-CP in 2022 stipulates the duties of the Government Inspectorate in organizing and implementing reforms to improve the efficiency of SOEs as follows:
- Government Inspectorate
Strengthen the inspection work regarding the implementation of laws on anti-corruption and negative phenomena in SOEs; study and innovate the regulations on the inspection of SOEs, contributing to ensuring efficiency in the management and use of state capital and assets in enterprises; promptly detect and strictly handle violations of laws, negative phenomena, corruption, and wastefulness in SOEs according to legal regulations; research and apply information technology in inspection work.
