Study Information Technology: Eligibility to Become a Case Investigator in Competition Cases?
According to Article 53 of the Competition Law 2018, a competition case investigator must meet the following criteria:
- Be a Vietnamese citizen, with good ethical qualities, integrity, and honesty.
- Be an official of the National Competition Commission.
- Hold at least a university degree in one of the fields of law, economics, finance, or information technology.
- Have a minimum total practical work experience of at least 05 years in one or more areas specified in Clause 3 of this Article.
- Be trained and fostered in investigation expertise and professional skills.
If you graduate with a major in information technology and meet the other criteria as stipulated above, you can become a competition case investigator.
