Service of Decision on Handling of Competition Case: Can It Be Delegated?
According to Clause 3 Article 94 of the Competition Law 2018, the service of decisions on handling competition cases must be conducted by one or several of the following methods:
- Directly;
- Via postal services;
- Through an authorized third party.
Thus, the service of decisions on handling competition cases can be authorized to a third party in accordance with the current regulations.
