Seasonal Business: Is Business Registration Required?
According to Clause 2, Article 79 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP, the regulation is as follows:
Households engaged in agriculture, forestry, fisheries, salt production, and those involved in street vending, selling snacks, peddling, mobile businesses, seasonal businesses, or low-income service provision are not required to register as household businesses, except in cases of conducting conditional business sectors, industries or professions. The People's Committee of the province or city under central authority shall stipulate the low-income thresholds applicable within the local jurisdiction.
Based on the above regulation, for low-income seasonal businesses, registration as a household business is not required. Therefore, during the Tet festival, your family can sell flowers without registration and can conduct sales normally.
Respectfully!
