Responsibilities of the Stock Exchange in the Issuance of Corporate Bonds
According to Article 38 of Decree 163/2018/ND-CP on corporate bond issuance, effective from February 1, 2019, it stipulates the responsibilities of the Stock Exchange as follows:
Develop and operate a corporate bond information page as stipulated in this Decree.
Issue the Operational Regulations for the corporate bond information page after obtaining opinions from the Ministry of Finance.
Compile information on the corporate bond issuance situation as stipulated in this Decree.
Implement information disclosure policies and reporting policies on the private corporate bond issuance situation as stipulated in this Decree.
