Proposal for Business Registration: Is a Seal Required?
Based on the provisions in Clause 5, Article 4 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP:
The enterprise is not required to seal the application for business registration, notice of change in business registration content, resolutions, decisions, and meeting minutes in the business registration dossier. The sealing of other documents in the business registration dossier shall be carried out in accordance with relevant legal regulations.
Therefore, according to this regulation, the enterprise is not required to seal the application for business registration.
