Procedure for Reissuance of a Business Location Registration Certificate That Has Been Torn

Based on the provisions of Clause 2, Article 68 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP:

In cases where an enterprise needs to re-issue a Certificate of Business Location Registration or a confirmation of changes in business location registration due to loss, fire, tear, disintegration, or destruction in another manner, the enterprise or branch with the business location shall submit a written request for re-issuance to the Business Registration Office where the business location is situated. The Business Registration Office shall consider and re-issue within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the written request.

Thus, in the case of a torn Certificate of Business Location Registration, your company is kindly requested to follow the above procedures to get a re-issuance.
