Procedure for Notification of Changes in Branch Operation Contents

Let me know how the current law regulates the procedure for notifying changes in the operational content of a branch. Please assist me according to the latest regulations.

Based on the provisions at Clause 2 and Clause 3, Article 62 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP:

When there is a change in the registration details of branch operations, representative offices, business locations, the enterprise shall send a Notification of change in branch operation registration details, representative office, business location to the Business Registration Office where the branch, representative office, business location is situated. In case of a change in the head of the branch, representative office, the notification must be accompanied by a copy of the legal documents of the individual who is the head of the branch or representative office.

Upon receiving the Notification from the enterprise, the Business Registration Office shall issue a Receipt, check the validity of the dossier, change the registration details of branch operations, representative office, business location in the National Database on Business Registration, and issue a Certificate of Branch Operation Registration, Representative Office Registration, or Business Location Registration within 03 working days from the date of receiving a valid dossier. If the enterprise needs, the Business Registration Office shall issue a Confirmation on the change of registration details for branch operations, representative offices, or business locations.

Thus, the procedure for changing the branch operation registration details is carried out according to the aforementioned regulations.
