Organizational Structure of the Market Management Board
Organizational Structure of the Market Management Board as stipulated in Clause 3, Section II of Circular 06/2003/TT-BTM guiding the functions, duties, powers, and organization of the Market Management Board issued by the Ministry of Trade as follows:
- The Market Management Board comprises a Head and 1 to 2 Deputy Heads.
The Head and Deputy Heads are appointed, dismissed, rewarded, and disciplined by decision of the Chairman of the competent People's Committee.
- The Head of the Market Management Board is responsible to the competent People's Committee for the entire operation of the market and the Market Management Board. The Deputy Head is responsible for assisting the Head and accountable to the Head for carrying out one or several tasks assigned by the Head.
- Based on the nature, characteristics, workload, and financial capability, the Head of the Market Management Board decides on the organization of specialized departments to assist in managing, operating the market activities, and organizing services at the market; signs labor recruitment contracts, and other contracts with agencies and enterprises regarding environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting, public order and security... within the market according to the provisions of the law.
