Naming a Household Business the Same but in Different Communes – Is It Allowed?
Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 88 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP, the regulations on naming household businesses are as follows:
The specific name of the household business must not be identical to the specific name of an already registered household business within the district's jurisdiction.
According to the above regulation, the specific name of the household business must not be identical to the specific name of a household business already registered within the district's jurisdiction. Therefore, in your case, even if it is a different commune but within the same district, the name must not be identical.
