Maximum Probationary Period for Individuals Without Qualifications
Based on Clause 4, Article 25 of the 2019 Labor Code regulating the probation period as follows:
- Not exceeding 60 days for jobs with professional titles that require specialized, technical qualifications from college level or higher;
- ...
- Not exceeding 06 working days for other jobs.
Therefore, according to the above regulations, when probationing for individuals without qualifications, the maximum probation period is not to exceed 06 working days.
Note: The probation period does not apply to employees entering into labor contracts with a term of less than 01 month.
