Regarding this matter, Clause 1, Article 66 of Decree 78/2015/ND-CP on enterprise registration issued by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam stipulates as follows:
A business household is owned by an individual or a group of individuals who are Vietnamese citizens aged 18 years or older, with full civil act capacity, or by a household, and is only allowed to register for business at one location, employ fewer than ten workers, and bear responsibility with all of its assets for its business activities.
=> Therefore, a business household must assume liability with all of its assets for its business activities. Additionally, the business household is only permitted to employ fewer than ten workers; if ten or more workers are employed, a business must be established in accordance with the regulations.
