Is It Mandatory to Establish a Written Member Register?
Based on Clause 1, Article 48 of the Enterprise Law 2020 (Effective from January 1, 2021), the regulation is as follows:
The company must prepare a member register immediately after being granted the Certificate of Enterprise Registration. The member register can be in written form or a collection of electronic data recording the ownership information of the company's members' capital contributions.
Thus, according to the above regulation, it is not mandatory to prepare in written form but can be in electronic data according to enterprise law.
