Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 37 of the Enterprise Law 2020, regulations on the name of the enterprise are as follows:
The name of the enterprise must be displayed at the headquarters, branches, representative offices, and business locations of the enterprise. The name of the enterprise must be printed or written on transaction documents, dossiers, and publications issued by the enterprise.
Therefore, the name of the enterprise must be displayed at the representative office in the case your company establishes an office according to the above regulation.
