How Many Business Household Units Can One Person Establish?
In Clause 1, Article 79 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP on enterprise registration, it is stipulated:
Household businesses are registered by an individual or family members and bear full liability for their assets concerning the business activities of the household. In case the family members register the household business, they shall authorize a member to represent the household business. The individual registering the household business or the person authorized by the family members to represent the household business is the owner of the household business.
And in Clause 2, Article 80 of this Decree, it is also stipulated:
Individuals and family members as specified in Clause 1 of this Article are only allowed to register one household business nationwide and have the right to contribute capital, purchase shares, and purchase capital contributions in enterprises as individuals.
=> Thus, according to the above regulations, an individual is only allowed to independently establish one household business nationwide.
