How are Business Households Not Operating for 6 Months Handled?
Based on Article 42 of Decree 50/2016/ND-CP stipulates:
- A fine ranging from 1,000,000 VND to 2,000,000 VND shall be imposed for one of the following acts:
+ Failing to commence business activities within 06 months from the date of issuance of the Business Registration Certificate for household business;
+ Suspending business activities for more than 06 consecutive months without notifying the district-level business registration authority.
On the other hand, according to Article 78 of Decree 78/2015/ND-CP, the household business shall have its Business Registration Certificate revoked in the following cases:
- Failing to commence business activities within 06 months from the date of issuance of the Business Registration Certificate for household business.
- Suspending business activities for more than 06 consecutive months without notifying the district-level business registration authority where registered.
=> Thus, if the household business fails to commence business activities for more than 06 consecutive months without notification, it will be fined from 1 to 2 million VND and have its Business Registration Certificate revoked.
The above is the support content.
Respectfully!
