According to the current legal regulations, what are fines for act of transfer of coffee shop without applying for reissuance of Certificate of Household Business Registration in Vietnam?
According to Clause 1, Article 90 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP of the Government of Vietnam, it is stipulated:
The business household owner in Vietnam is responsible for registering changes to the Business Household Registration Certificate with the Business Registration Authority within 10 days from the date of the change.
According to Article 31 of Decree 50/2016/ND-CP of the Government of Vietnam, it is stipulated:
- A warning or a fine from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND for the act of notifying changes to the business registration content beyond the prescribed period from 01 to 30 days.
- A fine from 1,000,000 VND to 2,000,000 VND for the act of notifying changes to the business registration content beyond the prescribed period from 31 to 90 days.
- A fine from 2,000,000 VND to 5,000,000 VND for the act of notifying changes to the business registration content beyond the prescribed period from 91 days onwards.
=> Under the aforementioned regulations in Vietnam, when transferring a coffee shop but failing to complete the procedure for re-issuing the business household registration certificate in Vietnam, you will be penalized depending on the delay in implementing the change.
