Does a Power of Attorney for Business Registration Need Notarization or Certification?
Based on Clause 1, Article 12 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP regulating the authorization for performing business registration procedures as follows:
The individual authorized to sign the business registration application may authorize another organization or individual to perform the business registration procedures according to the following regulations:
In case of authorizing an individual to perform business registration procedures, the business registration dossier must be accompanied by a letter of authorization authorizing that individual to carry out business registration-related procedures and a copy of the legal paper of the authorized individual. This letter of authorization is not required to be notarized or authenticated.
Thus, according to the above regulations, you can authorize a relative to register the establishment of an enterprise without the need to notarize or authenticate this authorization letter.
Sincerely!
