Does a Change in Administrative Boundaries Require a Change in the Certificate of Business Registration?
Based on the provisions at Point a Clause 2 Article 15 of Circular 20/2015/TT-BKHDT:
In the case where an enterprise only updates or supplements information about phone numbers, fax numbers, email, website, or address of the enterprise due to changes in administrative boundaries, information about personal identification cards, or addresses of individuals in the Enterprise Registration Certificate, the enterprise shall send a Notice according to the form specified in Appendix II-5 issued together with this Circular to the Business Registration Office where the enterprise's head office is located. The Business Registration Office receives the notice and issues a new Enterprise Registration Certificate to the enterprise.
Thus, according to this provision, if the establishment of Thu Duc City changes the administrative boundaries, and your company updates the address information to the new address, your company will be issued a new Enterprise Registration Certificate after notifying the Business Registration Office.
See detailed procedures in the article: Guidelines on notifying the update of company address due to changes in administrative boundaries.
Respectfully!
