Document for Registration of Changes in Business Household Registration Content

If our business household changes its registration information, what documents and papers must the registration change dossier include?

Based on the provisions of Clause 2, Article 90 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP:

When changing the business registration details, except in cases of changing the business owner and cases where the business registration is transferred to a different district, district-level town, or city under the province, the business household shall submit a notification dossier of change in business registration details to the district-level business registration agency where it was registered. The dossier includes the following documents:

- Notification of change in business registration details signed by the business household owner;

- A copy of the minutes of the family members' meeting regarding the change in business registration details for cases where family members register the business household.

Thus, the dossier for registering changes to the Business Registration Certificate includes the documents and papers as stipulated above.
