Criteria for Selection of Outstanding Enterprise Awards for Employees
According to Article 4 of the Regulation on Selection and Awarding of the Exemplary Business Award for Employees, issued together with Decision 1717/QD-TLD in 2019, the selection criteria are as follows:
- Enterprises that have been operating continuously in Vietnam for 05 years or more.
- Take good care of the material and spiritual life, ensure stable employment, wage, bonus policies, working hours, rest hours, and other benefits for employees;
- Strictly comply with legal regulations on hygiene, labor safety, food safety, social insurance benefits, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees;
- Have established, negotiated, and signed a collective labor agreement, annually review, amend, and supplement it in accordance with the law and the resolution of the Employee Conference (if any);
- Effectively implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulation at the workplace, and have issued regulations and other documents directly related to employees;
- Regularly invest in and improve a green - clean - beautiful working environment;
- The grassroots union in the enterprise operates effectively;
- Strictly comply with legal regulations related to the production and business activities of the enterprise;
- Fully comply with financial, tax obligations and other fees and charges as prescribed by law;
- Voluntarily prepare and submit the application dossier to participate in the Award (according to the form).
