Criteria for Selecting the Outstanding Enterprise Award for Employees
According to Article 7 of the Regulation on the Selection and Awarding of the "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" Award issued together with Decision 1717/QD-TLD in 2019, the criteria for award selection are prescribed as follows:
- The "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" ranking is evaluated based on a set of criteria developed by labor and union experts. The criteria ensure an accurate reflection of the actual situation of the enterprise's utilization and treatment of workers regarding income, training, working environment, social welfare, and activities promoting the material and spiritual life of the workers.
- Enterprises awarded the "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" Award are selected from among the excellent and prominent enterprises ranked in the "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" ranking of the previous 03 years. The selection is based on the enterprise's contributions to improving workers' lives, enhancing work conditions, and fostering corporate culture. Priority is given to enterprises ranked for 03 consecutive years or those with exceptionally outstanding achievements in employee welfare and benefits as recognized by the Selection Council.
