Change of Business Address: Is a New Business Registration Certificate Issued?
Based on the provisions of Clauses 2 and 3, Article 47 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP:
- In cases of changing the registered head office address, the enterprise shall submit the application for changes in enterprise registration information to the Business Registration Office where the new head office is located. The application includes the following documents:
+ Notification of changes in enterprise registration information signed by the legal representative of the enterprise;
+ The resolution, decision of the owner of the company for a single-member limited liability company; the resolution, decision, and a copy of the meeting minutes of the Members' Council for a multi-member limited liability company, partnership, and the General Meeting of Shareholders for a joint-stock company regarding the change of the head office address of the enterprise.
- After receiving the enterprise registration application, the Business Registration Office shall issue a Receipt, verify the validity of the application, and issue the Enterprise Registration Certificate to the enterprise as prescribed.
Thus, according to these regulations, after registering the change of the head office address, your company will be issued a new Enterprise Registration Certificate.
