Documents for applying for a Retail Liquor License (01 set) include:
Application for a Retail Liquor License according to form No. 01 issued together with this Decree.
A copy of the Certificate of Business Registration for enterprises, cooperatives, unions of cooperatives, or household businesses.
A copy of the lease/loan contract or documents proving the legal use of the facility intended as a retail location.
A copy of the introduction letter or principle contract of the liquor production trader, liquor distribution trader, or liquor wholesale trader.
Thus, for the application for a Retail Liquor License, you should use a copy of the Certificate of Business Registration, which is entirely valid; additionally, you should prepare other documents mentioned above.
