Adjusting the Head Office Address in the License for Sending Vietnamese Workers Abroad: How Long Does It Take?
Does the Labor Export Company Need to Publish the Adjusted License on Its Website?
Dear Editorial Board,My company is engaged in labor export to foreign countries and is now changing the company's head office address to a new location. How long does it take to adjust the information in the Service Operation License? Once the license has been adjusted, is it required to publish it on the company’s website?We kindly seek clarification from the editorial board.How long does it take to adjust the office address in the License for Overseas Employment Services for Vietnamese Workers?
Based on Article 13 of the Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contracts 2020, the regulation on adjusting information in the License is as follows:
- When there is a change in information compared to the content recorded in the issued License, the service enterprise must provide a written request to the Minister of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs to adjust the information on the License.
2. Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the written request from the service enterprise, the Minister of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs shall adjust the information on the License.
- The service enterprise is exempt from fees when adjusting information on the License.
Therefore, when your company adjusts the office address information in the service operation License, within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the written request, the Minister of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs shall adjust the information on the License.
Does the labor export company need to publish the service operation license after adjustment on the electronic information portal?
According to Article 15 of the Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contracts 2020, the publication and posting of the License are regulated as follows:
Within 10 days from the date the License is issued, reissued, or information adjusted, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs shall post the License on the electronic information portal of the Ministry, and notify the People's Committee at the provincial level where the service enterprise's head office is located.
Within 30 days from the date the License is issued, reissued, or information adjusted, the service enterprise must publicly post a copy of the License at its head office and post the License on the enterprise's electronic information portal.
After adjusting information in the service License, the company must publicly post a copy of the License at its head office and post the License on the enterprise's electronic information portal.
