Who is Eligible to Attend the Legal Practice Probation Result Examination?

Persons Eligible to Participate in the Legal Internship Examination

The individuals eligible to participate in the legal internship examination are specified in Clause 1, Article 15 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BTP (Effective from January 25, 2022) as follows:

- Persons who have completed the internship period as prescribed by the Law on Lawyers and this Circular;

- Persons who did not meet the requirements in previous legal internship examinations;

- Persons whose intern examination certificates have expired.

Persons Not Eligible to Participate in the Legal Internship Examination

The individuals not eligible to participate in the legal internship examination are specified in Clause 2, Article 15 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BTP (Effective from January 25, 2022) as follows:

- Persons who do not meet the conditions specified in Clause 1, Article 3 of this Circular but still register for the internship;

- Persons who have engaged in fraudulent behavior in their application for the examination;

- Persons who re-register for the internship when one year has not yet elapsed since the disciplinary decision of temporary suspension of the internship from 3 to 6 months took effect, or when three years have not yet elapsed since the disciplinary decision of removal from the list of interns of the Bar Association took effect.
