At Clause 1, Article 3 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BTP guiding the Notarization Law issued by the Ministry of Justice, it is stipulated:
- Individuals requesting the appointment of notaries as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 12 of the Notarization Law shall submit directly or send via postal system 01 set of application documents to the Department of Justice where they registered their notary apprenticeship.
= Accordingly, in compliance with the aforementioned regulation, the notary appointment application documents are to be sent to the Department of Justice where the notary previously registered their apprenticeship. The notary appointment application documents can be sent via postal mail or submitted directly.
