What qualifications are mandatory for commune-level civil servants in the judicial sector?
According to Clause 2, Article 72 of the Civil Status Law 2014, it is stipulated:
The commune-level civil status - justice official must meet the following criteria:
- Have a legal education of intermediate level or higher and have been trained in civil status operations;
- Have clear handwriting and appropriate computer skills as required by the job.
Based on the actual conditions regarding area, population, and the volume of civil status and judicial work of the locality, the Government of Vietnam stipulates the arrangement of specialized civil status - justice officials.
=> Thus, according to the above regulation, the commune-level justice official is required to have an intermediate level legal education or higher and have been trained in civil status operations.
