What Major to Study to Become a Notary Public?
Based on Clause 1, Article 8 of the Notarization Law 2014 stipulating the conditions to become a notary as follows:
Vietnamese citizens who are permanently residing in Vietnam, adhere to the Constitution and laws, possess good moral character, and meet the following standards can be considered for appointment as notaries:
Hold a bachelor's degree in law;
Have a minimum of 05 years of legal work experience at agencies, organizations after obtaining the bachelor's degree in law;
