Internship Diary, Report on the Legal Practice Internship Process

The internship diary and the report on the legal practice internship process are stipulated in Article 7 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BTP, specifically:

- The intern maintains an Internship Diary for Legal Practice in accordance with the template provided in this Circular to record the tasks relevant to the internship content that they undertake during the internship period. The Internship Diary is to be authenticated by the supervising lawyer and the law practice organization accepting the internship upon completion of the internship process.

- Upon completing the legal practice internship period, the intern is responsible for submitting a written report on the internship process according to the template provided in this Circular to the Bar Association where they are registered for the internship. The report on the internship process must include comments and signatures of the supervising lawyer, authentication of the law practice organization accepting the internship, and an evaluation by the Bar Association regarding the intern’s ethical conduct and compliance with the law.
