Report on Probationary Results in Notarization Practice: Submission Location

Clause 1, Article 8, Circular 04/2015/TT-BTP stipulates the reporting of internship results for notarial practice as follows:

- No later than 15 days from the end of the internship period, the Intern must submit an Internship Result Report to the Department of Justice where the internship was registered.

The report must include the following main contents:

+ Quantity, content, legal basis, and result of resolving notarization requests assigned by the Notary guiding the internship;

+ Legal knowledge, notarial practice skills, and experience gained during the internship;

+ The exercise of rights and obligations of the Intern;

+ Difficulties and obstacles during the internship (if any) and suggestions or recommendations.

Thus, you must submit the Internship Result Report to the Department of Justice where you registered your internship, no later than 15 days from the end of the internship period.
