Report on Probationary Results in Auctioneering: Is It Sufficient to Have Remarks from the Supervising Auctioneer?

Report on the results of auctioneering apprenticeship only requires the assessment of the supervisory auctioneer, correct? Can an auctioneering apprentice meet with auction customers? Dear Consulting Board, I am currently doing an apprenticeship in auctioneering at an organization. When making the apprenticeship result report, is it sufficient to have the assessment of the supervisor? The auction organization assigns me to meet with auction customers; is this allowed? I would like clarification.

Report on the results of a public auction apprenticeship only needs comments from the mentoring auctioneer, correct?

Pursuant to Article 9 of Circular 06/2017/TT-BTP, regulations on reporting the results of a public auction apprenticeship are as follows:

  1. No later than 15 days from the end of the apprenticeship period, the apprentice must submit a report on the results of the apprenticeship to the Department of Justice where they are listed as an apprentice. The apprenticeship result report includes:

    a) Skills and experience gained from the apprenticeship process;

    b) Difficulties and obstacles encountered during the apprenticeship (if any) along with recommendations and suggestions.

2. The apprenticeship result report must include comments from the mentoring auctioneer and confirmation from the asset auction organization accepting the apprenticeship regarding the process and results of the apprenticeship.

Thus, the apprenticeship result report must include comments from the mentoring auctioneer and confirmation from the asset auction organization in accordance with the above regulations. Therefore, in addition to comments from the mentoring auctioneer, confirmation from the asset auction organization is also required.

Is an auction apprentice allowed to meet auction clients?

According to Article 8 of Circular 06/2017/TT-BTP, the contents of auction practice apprenticeship are regulated as follows:

  1. Skills in drafting asset auction service contracts; skills in verifying the authenticity and legality of documents regarding ownership, usage rights, and the right to sell assets with respect to auctioned assets.

  2. Skills in developing auction regulations, posting, publicizing auction activities, and other documents related to organizing an auction.

  3. Skills in conducting auctions according to auction forms and methods.

4. Other skills and tasks related to auction organization assigned by the mentoring auctioneer.

Accordingly, the asset auction organization where you are interning may assign you the task of meeting auction clients as per the above regulations.

Respectfully!
