Report on Probationary Results in Auctioneering: Is It Sufficient to Have Remarks from the Supervising Auctioneer?
Report on the results of a public auction apprenticeship only needs comments from the mentoring auctioneer, correct?
Pursuant to Article 9 of Circular 06/2017/TT-BTP, regulations on reporting the results of a public auction apprenticeship are as follows:
No later than 15 days from the end of the apprenticeship period, the apprentice must submit a report on the results of the apprenticeship to the Department of Justice where they are listed as an apprentice. The apprenticeship result report includes:
a) Skills and experience gained from the apprenticeship process;
b) Difficulties and obstacles encountered during the apprenticeship (if any) along with recommendations and suggestions.
2. The apprenticeship result report must include comments from the mentoring auctioneer and confirmation from the asset auction organization accepting the apprenticeship regarding the process and results of the apprenticeship.
Thus, the apprenticeship result report must include comments from the mentoring auctioneer and confirmation from the asset auction organization in accordance with the above regulations. Therefore, in addition to comments from the mentoring auctioneer, confirmation from the asset auction organization is also required.
