Regulations on the Organization of Annual Professional Training for Notarization
According to Article 13 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BTP stipulating the organization of professional training as follows:
- The organization of professional training includes:
a) Notary Association;
b) Vietnam Notary Association;
c) Judicial Academy.
- Notaries may choose to participate in professional training classes organized by the Notary Association in other localities, the Vietnam Notary Association, or the Judicial Academy.
