Regulations on Registration for Participation in the Notary Profession Training Course
According to Article 9 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BTP regulating the registration for participation in the notary profession training course, it is stipulated as follows:
Individuals exempt from the notary profession training as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 10 of the Notarization Law may directly submit or send via postal service one application dossier for registration to participate in the notary profession training course to the Judicial Academy. The dossier includes the following documents:
a) Registration form for the notary profession training course (Form TP-CC-02);
b) Documents proving exemption from the notary profession training as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 3 of this Circular.
The Judicial Academy receives the registration dossier and announces the list of eligible participants no later than 30 days before the commencement date of the course; in case of rejection, it must notify in writing with a clear reason stated.
