According to Article 17 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BTP stipulating penalties for Notaries, organizations conducting professional training:
Notaries who violate the obligation to participate in professional training, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, shall be subject to disciplinary action as prescribed by the Vietnam Association of Notaries, and administrative penalties in accordance with the law.
Organizations conducting professional training in violation of the provisions of this Circular, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, shall be subject to administrative penalties in accordance with the law.
