Preparation for Judicial Expertise in the Field of Transportation

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 10 of Circular 07/2021/TT-BGTVT (effective from June 1, 2021), the content is specified as follows:

Preparation for Assessment:

- The organization solicited for assessment, based on the assessment request dossier, shall assign and appoint individuals with appropriate expertise and professional capability to undertake the assessment; designate a person responsible for coordinating the implementation of the judicial assessment if more than two persons are needed for the assessment task; and issue a Decision to conduct the judicial assessment as per the form in Appendix III issued with this Circular;

- Individuals or organizations solicited for assessment shall study the assessment request dossier and specific legal regulations related to the preparation for the judicial assessment. In case further clarification on the content of the assessment request or the assessment object is needed, a written request shall be sent to the requesting party for additional relevant information and documents;

- If necessary, individuals or organizations solicited for judicial assessment shall organize to obtain test results or other professional conclusions before making an evaluation.
