Optional Courses in the Legal Training Program for Lawyers Serving International Integration: Regulatory Provisions
Based on Sub-section 9.1 Section 9 of the Framework Program for Lawyer Training for International Integration (Attached to Decision 1711/QD-BTP in 2021), the elective courses in the lawyer training program for international integration are stipulated as follows:
Elective Courses: 06 credits (students choose 2 out of the elective courses)
- Course on Legal Consultation Skills and Participation in Resolving E-commerce Disputes: 3 credits
- Course on Legal Consultation Skills and Participation in Resolving International Payment and Credit Disputes: 3 credits
- Course on Legal Consultation Skills and Participation in Resolving Intellectual Property Disputes: 3 credits
- Course on Legal Consultation Skills and Participation in Resolving Foreign-involved M&A Disputes: 3 credits
- Course on Legal Drafting Skills for Commercial and Investment Contracts Involving Foreign Elements: 3 credits
- Course on Skills in Resolving International Trade and Investment Disputes under Free Trade Agreements of which Vietnam is a member: 3 credits
- Course on Skills in Resolving Trade Defense Cases: 3 credits
- Course on Skills in Handling Criminal and Administrative Cases Involving Foreign Elements Related to International Trade Activities: 3 credits
Other elective courses shall be decided by the training institution in accordance with the objectives and output standards of the Program, the needs of students, and legal regulations.
