Based on Clause 2a, Article 22 of Circular 06/2015/TT-BTP, it is stipulated as follows:
- The sample notarial certification enclosed with this Circular includes:
a) General notarial certification for contracts and transactions; Notarial certification for power of attorney in cases where the grantor and the grantee cannot be present at the same notarial practice organization; Notarial certification for wills; Notarial certification for agreements on division of inheritance; Notarial certification for declarations of estate acceptance; Notarial certification for documents refusing inheritance;
b) Notarial certification for translations.
The above is the sample notarial certification provided by the Notary Public according to the legal regulations on notarization.
